Thank a Vet Today

November 11th is Veterans Day. It a day in which schools and government offices close to honor those who have served this country in a time of conflict.

People tend to take the service of our veterans for granted. They made the world safe for democracy, protected us after attack, prevented Communism from entering the United States and keep us us safe from terrorist attack. They have been shot at, maimed, injured and killed so we can enjoy the freedoms we currently enjoy.

So if you see a Veteran or the family member of a veteran killed in battle, be sure to stop and thank them for everything they have done for this country and more importantly for keeping you free and safe. This is the true meaning of Veterans Day.

Let me hear an OOH-RA!!!! and use this posting as a way to thank your veterans.
